- Proposed an in-house help center and remote-assistance service for the Disney PC migration, then set it up and managed it; it worked with Disney IT to resolve deployment and transition issues.
- Wrote training material for new help-center technicians and trained them on Active Directory, SMS, Ghost imaging and Remote Desktop.
- Ran needs assessments and deployment scheduling with ACS and Disney managers and network engineers; provided basic data recovery when needed.
