Enterprise records and knowledge migration
Helps people find, preserve, understand, and use information through records and knowledge migrations, including WDW Legal PST archives to Exchange Online, legal records to NetDocuments with a migration policy and LegalOps training, and the team’s OneNote knowledge base to Markdown and Confluence. Preserves access and history; migration limitations are documented.
- Confluence import approximately 95% successful (my estimate); limitations documented for the team.
- Experimental supersession map so current documents surface first in search, used as an aid to human review.
- Coordinated LegalOps training on NetDocuments retention and retrieval.
